How do we carve out a new path for connecting with universal truths and experiencing Oneness through our inner wisdom? The Third Part presents eternal wisdom for spiritual growth without fables, rituals, or doctrines. About the Author
Steven Sarsfield
Steven Sarsfield is a lifelong artist and spiritual seeker who has traversed a diverse landscape of experiences. From humble beginnings in inner-city Pittsburgh to serving in the Navy and meeting the challenges of raising five children, his life has been a tapestry of contrasts.
Steven transitioned from the time-crunched world of truck driving to the precision of engineering and from the bustling city life to the tranquility of Hawaii. Born with an innate love of sailing, he raced yachts and later shared his love of sailing with children, teaching them to sail with a loving and understanding heart.
In each phase, Steven has found a unique way to infuse spirituality into his daily life, adding a deeper meaning to his journey. Steven’s lifelong exploration of spiritual and religious meaning is evident in his unique approach to the metaphysical world. The Third Part, his personal interpretation of the spiritual realm and its accessibility, is a testament to his independent spirit. It is a guide for those like him who prefer to forge their own spiritual path rather than conform to traditional religious institutions.
Steven lives in the rainforests of Hawaii near an active volcano where he writes, paints, bakes, takes care of his garden and home, works as a substitute teacher, and attends weekly ecstatic dances. His poems and short stories have addressed history as well as novelty, the unexpected, and the truth. The walls of his house are covered with his murals and small paintings. Steven’s approach to writing, cooking, art, and dance all come from a love of life, the willingness to take chances, and faith in the reality of intention.

Reviews
"This beautifully crafted book inspires wonder at our unity with all creation. The author eschews religious language altogether as he shares hard-wrought wisdom about ways to find acceptance, inspiration and joy. Read it from front to back or savor a single 1-2 page chapter a day. Whether you are a “none” or “done” with organized religion, or if you identify with a religious tradition as I do, you will be blessed with enlightenment and an awareness of Oneness in your life.".

"I appreciate your to-the-point, accessible, down-to-earth, crystallization of the path to "Know Thyself".
Kai Harris, Educator
"This book is a gentle invitation to those who are looking for spiritual connection, but are hesitant to take those first steps. Full of insights and free of dogma, Steven shares the deep wisdom he has gained, mostly through honest self observation, in an easy and accessible style."
Lila Flood, Musician
"Steven has synthesized timeless wisdom into a very readable book for the layperson ready to investigate their Soul. The essays are intriguing and intelligent. I found myself returning to certain essays because they allowed me to touch into a part of myself I have been longing to connect with. This is like a modern day Tao te Ching. Each individual essay is a gem in its own right. Yet to read them together is to go on a journey of self realization."
